How do you get a current out of a battery?
- The electrolyte within the battery acts as a highway for the electric charge between the anode (-) and the cathode (+)
Three Components:
- Anode (-)
- Cathode (+)
- Electrolyte: a liquid or solid that separates the anode and cathode, helps the ions move between electrodes and terminals.
